teaspoon of our real salt and now we’re just going to mix that together okay okay so now we have two tablespoons of avocado oil and what we’re gonna do is just pour this right on top okay and of course i’m keeping the skin on but if you don’t like it then of course you can just remove the skin and make it skinless right now what we’re doing is just making sure that these are properly coated all the way around because that’s how you’re gonna get all of the seasonings to stick okay so you can see that that’s perfect okay so now we’re gonna go ahead and season these so just give this a little mix and now what we’re gonna do is just put this right on top and we’re actually gonna have to rub it in okay so you can start off with something like that and then have them share some of the seasonings so

this and you don’t have to oil it because we already have oil on the chicken and these are actually thighs so it has you know they’re nice and fatty um so there’s no need to add additional oil okay so now we’re just going to place it onto our baking dish these are going to be so delicious nice and juicy and we’re going to make some veggies on the side but i’ll link i’ll put some of my favorite vegetable recipes in the description below so that you guys know what would go paired great with this recipe but that’s it this is how simple it is to make a baked chicken dish so we’re just going to throw it into the oven i will tell you more or less what i ended up baking it at and i will show you
