Method of making

you probably have more so let me count how many of them i have 12 cloves of small garlic and i need to chop them so after you chop the garlic you put the garlic inside and then you mix them well and let it sit a little bit while the chicken is marinating i’m going to make a sicilian garlic herb emojio sauce so it’s very simple the sauce it will go on top of the grilled chicken you need italian parsley and you need garlic i have two big cloves of garlic about eight cloves of small garlic so after i chop the garlic eight cloves of it and i put it in a bowl and i need some olive oil so you need a tablespoon of olive oil meanwhile you need to chop some of this parsley put it in there too and then the stem just go away and mix them first don’t put all of them in there because you may be not enough oil or

something like that so it looks like not enough oil so i’m gonna put uh four more tablespoon okay that looks right this is the sauce when it’s done it go on top of the chicken so i don’t really need all this herb and i’m gonna reserve it just in case i don’t have enough you need some um oregano so just just pick the leaf put it in there it’s very important to use the fresh herb because that gives you the aromatic and then the dry one you have to soak it in the oil for a while to uh make sure the the aroma comes out so i have two springs of it and it’s pretty strong smell so i’m going to stop right here not overpower the the sauce and i need last thing is the basil the italian basil so besides the oregano the italian fried parsley garlic and olive oil and i’m going to put some uh basil and luckily i grew some basil so i’m going with basil when you eat them you help them to grow wash them but after all that’s a very healthy basil so i grab a handful of basil and i’m gonna start chopping them so just put it in there okay that’s as much herb that i wanted to put in there i don’t have salt and pepper in here so i need to put salt and pepper i would say put half

it needs an italian seasoned breadcrumb so i have a quarter cup of breadcrumb and a 1 8 cup of italian seasoning and sprinkle in there to mix to mimic the so it’s a half cup i have half cup of breadcrumb and a one a cup of italian seasoning so just mix them and the chicken will be totally coated with the breadcrumb and also it will stop all the oil at the bottom and at this point i’m going to skew them when you skew them there’s a little trick you skew them fold them like these fold them like triangles so they won’t fall they won’t fall out the skewer since i have four piece of chicken so i’m going to have four skewer chicken breast like these perfect forward like zig zag like these okay i have four skewers of chicken and here i need more breadcrumb to coat them evenly so i just sprinkle breadcrumbs all over them until they are totally covered by breadcrumb so one of the trick is have the background and then
