3 Romaine Lettuce stock
Spinach (about a handful)
Carrots (shredded)
Cherry tomatoes
2-3 Boiled Eggs (extra in case one break)
Croutons
Chicken
3 lbs of Chicken Tenderloins
2 cups Buttermilk
2 cups of Flour
tbsp Garlic Powder
tsp Onion Powder
tbsp Black Pepper
Salt (pinch)
2 cups of Hot Sauce (your favorite)

Method of making
we’re going to gather that together place it in a bowl and set it to the side also i’m going to grab a handful of spinach and get that chopped up as well and set that to the side we also have some cocktail tomatoes just gonna go ahead and split those in half you can use whatever type of tomato you like and that one just completely exploded on me i have no idea what happened here also don’t know what happened with that egg either off camera we’re going to start in room temperature water i brought three eggs to a boil turn off the burner let it sit cover for 12 minutes before you give the eggs a bath in iced cold water i split the egg in half and with a spoon yes a spoon we
are going to carefully gently now scoop the egg from its shell and then check for any shell remnants before placing it to the side look at that egg just jacked up now we’re going to combine all our vegetables in a bowl and toss them together before we get our chicken fried up we are going old school on this one and get us a ziploc bag you can use whatever kind of bag you might have in the bag is gonna go up two cups of flour a tablespoon of garlic powder a teaspoon of onion powder a tablespoon of black pepper and a nice pinch of salt gonna give that a shake this was actually one of my favorite things to do as a child to help out in the kitchen taste that flour make sure it’s well

seasoned before we grab our chicken that has been taking a wet nap in some buttermilk we have three pounds of chicken tenders we’re going to take about two tenders to start dunk them into the flour give it a good shake and then it should look like this look at our tenders all nicely floured we’re gonna bring our peanut oil to temp anywhere between 325 and 375 degrees before we drop in our chicken if you have a peanut allergy please substitute the oil for something like vegetable oil or maybe even canola oil we like peanut oil it fries things nice and crispy i’m gonna get everyone in gonna let them sit undisturbed for about six to eight minutes each side before we remove them from the oil got our plate also got our solid mix we’re gonna go ahead and get this on a plate and
get it ready for our nice hot fried chicken that’s about to be dunked into that nice hot sauce we’re gonna go ahead and splash a little bit of that salad supreme on our lettuce just to wake up the lettuce a little bit going to chop our chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces and get that prepped for the hot sauce gonna dunk those in the hot sauce give it a nice stir you see that steam this chicken is still nice and hot which is great mix it around in the hot sauce and we’re gonna scoop it out and distribute it onto our salad sprinkle a handful of shredded sharp cheddar cheese on our
