
Louisiana Wings Ingredients:
Chicken Wings:
2 – 3 lbs. – Chicken wings
1 tsp – Salt
1 tsp – Onion Powder
1 tsp – Garlic Powder
1 tsp – Chili Powder
½ tsp – Black Pepper
1 tsp – Creole Seasoning (I used Creole Kick from sweetsmokiejoe.com)
¼ cup – Oil or melted Butter if putting them in the oven (Bake for 35 minutes in the preheated oven to 450ºF. Remove from the oven, flip them over and bake for 10 more minutes or until crispy)
Louisiana Rub Ingredients:
1 tsp – Smoked Paprika
½ tsp – Dried Oregano
½ tsp – Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp – Cumin Powder
1.5 tsp – Brown Sugar
1 tsp – Onion Powder
1 tsp – Garlic Powder
½ tsp – Black Pepper
Salt to taste ( I used about a 1/2 tsp)
