• 2 Cups of Buttermilk
• 1 EGG
• 1 TSP of Garlic Powder
• 1 TSP of Cajun Seasoning
• 1 TSP of Onion Powder
Dredge:
• 2.5 Cups of AP Flour
• 1 TBSP of Baking Soda
• 1 TBSP of Corn Starch
• 1 TBSP of Salt
• 1 TBSP of Garlic Powder
• 2 TSP of King Craw –Malcom’s
• 3 TSP of Cajun Seasoning – Rylee’s Firefly Dust
• Fresh Black Pepper to taste

hey everybody Welcome Back. this week we’re going to do something a little bit different and we’re going to make some homemade chicken fingers with a dipping sauce that are going to knock your socks off and it’s going to be a whole lot better than raising canes stick around first thing we got to do is get our marinade ready to do the chicken wings in you want to do this about two hours ahead of time first thing we’re doing two cups of Buttermilk you’re going to crack one egg we’re going to add in a teaspoon of garlic powder a teaspoon of Riley’s Firefly dust which is a Cajun a cajun rub a teaspoon of onion powder you’re going to give this a quick whisk get everything Incorporated that looks pretty good we’re going to set this off to the side okay so what we have here is some chicken tenderloins and we’re just going to pull these out I just want to clean them up a little bit uh you’re looking for uniform size with them nothing
real real big these all look actually pretty decent you want them to cook pretty evenly together so that’s what that’s what you’re really looking for you if you want you can clean up some of this this skin or silver skin that’s left on here and get rid of that these actually look pretty pretty decent you can see over here we we went ahead and trimmed up some of them that were extra big but these all look pretty good so we’re going to keep them this size and that’s basically the size you want you know it’s basically two fingers and about four inches long so what we’re going to do next is take this

bag a gallon bag and we’re just going to put all of the chicken in there and you’re probably going to get about 20 pieces out of a large pack of these chicken tenderloins you got your marinade here the buttermilk you’re going to go right over top you get all the air out of that bag you want to work that marinade around so you know that it’s hitting all the chicken we’re going to leave this sit for about two hours we’re going to mix up our dredge that we’re going to use the flour dredge we’re going to bring them out when we come back we’ll be deep frying some chicken fingers
okay we’re going to start with doing our dredge for our chicken fingers and we’re going to start off with about two and a half cups of all-purpose flour to the flour we’re going to add one tablespoon of baking soda one tablespoon of corn starch tablespoon of salt a tablespoon garlic powder two teaspoons of King crawl I had a barbecue right two teaspoons of Riley’s Cajun Firefly dust now we’re going to bring all this together with a whisk I’m going to hit it with some fresh black pepper I think I’m going to add another teaspoon of that Firefly dust foreign
okay so we have our dredge we have our chicken that’s been marinating in our buttermilk and we’re just going to try to shake off some of the buttermilk we’re going to lay that chicken right down in there cover it up with that dredge give it a little Shake her off this side you’re going to want to keep repeating that so all your chicken is done okay so we’re going to go ahead and start our sauce for these chicken fingers we need one cup of mayonnaise I put in a quarter cup of ketchup a couple splashes wash your sister sauce Worcestershire sauce foreign we’re going with a tablespoon of the king crawl I don’t know if you can see that but that’s how it should look smells wonderful best thing I’ve

found to use is Malcolm’s King crawl it gets you about as close as you’re going to get to a a uh Raising Cane style sauce this sauce is excellent we’re going to set this aside got to start frying those chicken fingers okay we got our oil at 350. we’re going to go ahead and start I’m going to drop two of these in at a time these are set for about 10 minutes and we’re going to lay them away from us so when you put them in here that way if it does Splash it’s going that way there’s one we’re gonna put another one in here too we’re going to bring these up to at least 165.
we’re going to keep tempting them as we go shouldn’t take any more than probably five minutes six minutes three minutes on each side we’re gonna pull these off while they’re hot hit them a little bit of that fireflies repeat the process okay so we’re going to go ahead and try one of our chicken fingers we’re going to keep cooking these they’re probably going to disappear quick you can see man that is Juicy is it smoking freaking hot see the juice in that bad boy son I think I’ll do myself give that a try got some of that sauce on there
