this is smelling really good so no to our preheated oven I’m gonna allow these to jerk uncover for about 1 hour and 20 minutes at 200 degrees I’m gonna add the remaining marinade to the bottom of the pan because nothing goes to this 50 minutes in and this is looking good already and it’s not even done as yet I’m going to use the juice that it I’ve created and I’m going to give it a base and this will help to keep it nice and moist and when I tell you oh God
